As one of our first Business Development Managers, you’ll be instrumental in driving the growth of our new department. This is more than just a sales role, you’ll help define strategy, win key accounts and support the development of our new sales function.

Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 DoE

Role & Responsibilities.

  • Lead new business development, targeting SME’s and fleet operators
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high value opportunities
  • Develop strong client relationships through effective account management
  • Conduct fuel usage and business reviews to drive retention and growth
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
  • Support the Sales Manager in shaping sales processes and best practices
  • Skills, Knowledge, and Experience.

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development
  • Experience managing full sales cycles
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong presentation skills and comfortable in closing large deals
