Overview

We’re launching a fuel cards division at RSM Group and need someone to get it off the ground.

This isn’t your typical sales role. You’ll be building something from scratch , helping with the division strategy, winning the first clients and establishing RSM in the market. You’ll have the freedom of a start up but with the backing and resources of the wider RSM Group behind you.

What you’ll be doing

Driving sales growth across our new fuel cards offering. That means everything from prospecting, to closing deals and managing accounts. You’ll be targeting fleet managers, directors and business owners who need smarter fuel management solutions.

You’ll also work closely with senior management to refine what we’re offering as we learn what the market wants. It’s hands on and you’ll have real input into how this division develops.

In addition to this, you’ll be responsible for recruiting, training and managing a team to hit their targets.
