Overview

RSM Fuel Services is looking for a Fuel Systems Engineer to support the delivery of fuel infrastructure services across the UK.

This role is ideal for someone with hands on experience working with fuel systems, pipework and associated infrastructure. You will be responsible for delivering a range of services across customer sites, helping clients manage risk and maintain compliance within their fuel infrastructure.

You will work both independently and alongside other engineers, depending on the project, with opportunities to develop your skills across a wide range of fuel related systems and services.

Job type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000 – £38,000 per year

Work location: In person / UK-wide travel

Role & Responsibilities.

  • Carrying out installation, servicing and maintenance of fuel infrastructure systems
  • Working with a range of pipework systems, including stainless steel, UPP and carbon steel
  • Inspecting, maintaining and supporting fuel dispensing equipment
  • Supporting the installation and maintenance of fuel tank ancillary equipment
  • Ensuring all work carried out meets relevant compliance and industry regulations
  • Travelling to client sites across the UK to deliver services
  • Working independently on assigned projects or as part of a wider engineering team
  • Completing job reports, documentation and site records accurately

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience.

  • Strong understanding of fuel infrastructure and associated systems
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements surrounding fuel infrastructure
  • Experience working with various pipework systems, including stainless steel, UPP and carbon steel
  • Knowledge of dispensing equipment and fuel tank ancillary components
  • Ability to deliver multiple services across a wide range of sites and clients
  • Comfortable working independently across the UK or as part of a team

Pay and Perks.

Salary: £28,000 – £38,000 per year based on experience
