As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking a Sales Executive to join our team — someone who’s motivated, confident, and ready to help expand RSM’s customer base while strengthening relationships with our existing clients.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in growing RSM Fuel Delivery’s footprint by engaging with new and existing customers to promote our fuel delivery, management, and emergency delivery services.

Our sales process is simple, efficient, and designed to help our team capture and develop new business quickly and effectively. Once onboarded, you’ll be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships and driving customer growth with both existing and new customers.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per year + Uncapped Commission, Performance & Quarterly Bonuses

Role & Responsibilities.

  • Maintain and develop relationships with both new and existing customers via calls, emails, Microsoft Teams, and occasional site visits.
  • Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally.
  • Research and generate new leads by identifying bulk fuel users across multiple sectors.
  • Understand and manage daily market price fluctuations.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to strengthen our delivery network.
  • Consistently achieve KPIs and sales targets set by management.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment — sharing ideas, insights, and strategies for success.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience.

  • Proven experience in sales (fuel or commodity based sectors desirable).
  • A track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly motivated, passionate about sales, and eager to grow with a fast-paced, dynamic company.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient, confident, and comfortable working under pressure
